Keetie Sijm has been a international tax lawyer for more than 15 years. In those years she has been based in Amsterdam as well as in London. She grew from a student employee to being a senior manager within the different international (accounting, tax law and law) firms she worked for. When climbing the ladder she became more and more focussed on and interested in the „people’s” side of her job. She became a mentor and coach for a lot of millennials within her team, but also outside her own team. After years of following in-company trainings about leadership and coaching she decided to make a career move, finalized an intensive coaching training and started her own coaching practice in the heart of Amsterdam.
