I am passionate about empowering women to break through the glass ceiling. To this end, I have coached senior women, and I have designed experiential programmes for them around Impact and Presence, which I have delivered. In addition to this, I have designed and delivered half day workshops on Bias, where mixed groups can explore in a safe way, how we are programmed with bias and how we can overcome it. Another area of exploration that excites me is using story and I have lead experiential workshops looking at building a book of personal stories for leadership. “When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be”. – Lao-tzu Having worked with Mario, I have always felt we create a safe environment for learning with a good balance of challenge and support. With the opportunity to share new ideas, best practice with the Community I believe we can create new environments for learning and creating.
