Mario Castagnetta is the Founder and Director of Synchronicity SA, an international Human Resources Consulting company providing medium-to-large international organisations with products and services in the domain of Personal Development and Potential, Management Development, Talent Engagement and Retention, Knowledge Sharing, Coaching and Career Counselling.
Synchronicity supplies its services to well known medium-to-large international organisations such as Agilent Technologies, Bulgari, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young Consultants, Cisco, Ferrero, Firmenich, Jabil , Hewlett-Packard Europe, PwC, Hitachi, Nespresso, Nestlé, Nextrom, Novartis, Philip Morris, SGS, ST Microelectronics, Tetra Pak and Vestas.
Before establishing Synchronicity, Castagnetta was a Training & Development Manager at Hewlett Packard in Italy (1988-1995) and in Switzerland (1995-97).
Since the founding of Synchronicity, he has been invited regularly by IMD Management Development Institute (Lausanne) to participate as a Coach in both public (Mobilizing People) and private (RWE, PwC, Bertelsmann, Borealis, Adecco, Skanska) programmes.
