With over 25yrs experience, I have extensive experience within a range of business sectors and industries, including facilitation, rôle-play/skills practice, behavioural training and presentational skills for a range of blue-chip companies across the UK, Europe, USA, India and the Far East. I have worked at Board level and also with Senior Management, Human Resources, customer-facing staff, call-centres, engineers and building service workers for international companies. I am passionate in ensuring that practical training programmes are created in a safe environment, allowing the individual and/or group to explore and develop their skillsets including Difficult Conversations, Presentations, Personal Impact and Confidence, Interviewing Skills, Leadership Competency, Team Building and Coaching Skills.
Collaborating and sharing knowledge with an international group of trainers, psychologists and coaches, allows me to further develop and enhance my skillset which I can bring to my clients.
