This Webinar is designed for Intact working Teams who want to explore and deepen their own ability to build trust.
The first part of the program introduces the theoretical elements that lead to the creation of the Circle of Trust and includes the opportunity to the Team to measure own current level of mutual trust and to identify concrete actions to improve it while working together.
This program can be expanded with the organization of a 2 or 4 hours follow-up Webinar, aimed at measuring the evolution of Trust within the Team. This includes the possibility to design a customized follow-up program agenda with the program Facilitator to address specific needs and expectations of the Team.
